We are clearing out an entire building and everything shown in the photos is FREE. Furniture, décor, toys, children’s clothing, household items, vintage pieces, storage bins, and much more. If you see it in the photos, it’s available. Sunday 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Donations are strongly encouraged, but never required. Any donations received will help offset the costs of clearing the property. PLEASE READ BEFORE COMING * Everything is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. * We WILL NOT hold items before or during the sale. * We WILL NOT respond to “Is this still available?” If it’s pictured and the event is happening, it’s available until someone takes it. * We WILL NOT help move or load furniture or heavy items. * If you’re picking up large items, bring the people, vehicle, and equipment needed to move them safely. * Park on the street only. * The driveway is reserved exclusively for vehicles actively loading furniture or other large items. * Please be respectful of our neighbors by parking responsibly and not blocking driveways or mailboxes. * Please take only what you can safely transport.
